Foulmire Heights Trig Point

This is the Foulmire Heights Trig Point (397m) situated just west of Kielder Water near Deadwater.

From the layby head west to pick up the path then follow the River Tyne Trail south. Then follow the track onto Bells Moor before heading west towards the tree line.

Then just keep the trees on your right and hug the tree line all the way to the trig point.

Once back at the car head north west for 80m towards a big standing stone. This is a marker for the source of the North Tyne River.
