Gills Law

There are a couple of hills up near Biddlestone for bagging including this one called Gills Law.

If you've been reading the posts about the nearby Silverton Hill and Cold Law, then you'll know that there is no parking in Biddlestone, which has shorter routes, so best to park in Alwinton.

This area around Gills Law has a canny amount of burns, slopes, fences and tall bracken, so best to stick the permissive paths even if you're taking a longer route.

Route map data could not be displayed.

Follow the route above or find it on OS Maps. Around 5.5km and 370m of ascent.

There is a big grassy area in the centre of the village outside the pub. Alternatively follow the road around 100m to a National Park car parking area with loos.
